Run Swift Coaching

I offer adult swim lessons for beginners or triathlon specific swim coaching. My adult swim lessons are on the weekends and some Fridays.  I send out the sign up schedule monthly. The adult and older teen lessons are 30 minute private lessons. They are $40 a lesson. We work hard and make a lot of progress.
